Only When I Dance is a feel-good documentary following two young teenagers, Isabela and Irlan, as they strive to realize an extraordinary dream. The excitement of a real Latin party in an easy-to-follow, all-samba workout. It s like a party in Rio de Janeiro, complete with motivating live drummers and an outdoor Brazilian street set. This is the second DVD of the series, a bit more challeging but still as fun as the first one. Vanessa Isaac makes it very do-able; she uses just six samba moves and teaches them in an understandable way. Once you ve mastered the movements, you ll just naturally add your own style (e.g. an upper body shake, a hip roll, maybe a few shimmies). There is also a 10-minute instructional segment showing the six dance steps used in the workout. Named on of the top 10 DVDs by yourexercisedvd.com: The problem with many cardio dance DVDs is that they’re all style and little sweat; they have choreography that’s hard to learn; and once you learn the steps, you still don’t get much of a workout. Vanessa Isaac has solved all that with her fun and simple approach to Brazilian dance. This Samba-inspired routine has moves you can take to the dance floor, is easy enough for beginners to learn, and will raise your heart rate!
